Car Battery Connection for Reliable Power Supply
GARDIGO Marten-Free Car is a marten repellent designed to connect directly to your car battery. In the engine compartment, the device emits high-frequency sound in the 12 kHz range to deter martens.
Martens have highly sensitive hearing and react strongly to these sounds. As a result, they will look for a quieter place to stay.
Important: Engine Cleaning First
If your vehicle has already been visited by martens, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the engine before using the marten repellent device to remove any scent marks.
Application
Marderfrei-KFZ is connected directly to the car battery. Clamp connectors for installation are included in the package. To conserve battery power, the repeller automatically switches off when the ignition is turned on. For this purpose it can optionally be connected to terminal 15 of your vehicle’s electronics.
