The Tick Remover Set cannot prevent ticks, but it can minimise the risk of transferring diseases carried by the ticks when they are removed, as the tick is not squeezed. Because of this, the chance of getting tick related diseases is greatly reduced. The parasites lurk in the warm season on shrubs and on the grass. They wait for a host, from which they can feed on its blood. Whilst wearing light clothing during a walk in the countryside, ticks can very easily be picked up and they will then bury themselves in your skin. Also pets suffer greatly from ticks. Often they are only found at the end of the day and sometimes not at all. It is therefore important to check yourself and your pet for tick bites regularly for tick bites. Should you find a tick, the tick remover hooks will easily help you get rid of it. Depending on the size of the tick, push the opening of the hook underneath the tick body. Then slowly pull the tick out of the skin with a twisting movement of the hook. The great advantage is that no hair or fur is pulled out at the same time, due to the design. The set consists of a large and a small hook for all tick sizes.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir haben unseren Hund erst ein Jahr, und ich hatte vorher nix mit Zecken zu tun. Bin daher unerfahren, aber mit diesen Haken ist es sehr einfach Zecken zu entfernen ( sogar bei mir selbst ). Egal ob sie gerade erst gestochen hat oder kurz vorm Abfallen ist. Ich benutze den kleinen am meisten da ich immer drauf achte ob welche im Fell sind.

Sehr zufrieden
Wenn doch eine gestochen hat dann setz ich ihn an, soweit wie es möglich ist einschieben, dann dreh ich ( erst gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, ½ bis ¾ Drehung ) un während des weiteren drehen zieh ich vorsichtig hoch und schon ist die Zecke draußen. Da das Set so gut funktioniert und so klein ist, hab ich ein 2. für unterwegs bestellt.

Sehr gute Dinger
Absolut überzeugendes Patent. Mit den Zwei verschiedenen Größen lässt sich jede Zeckenvariante kurz und knapp entfernen. Sehr gute Dinger!

Wir haben bei unserem Golden Retriever wirklich alles zur Zeckentfernung ausprobiert: Diese einfachen Zeckenhaken hier sind definitiv das beste! Je nach Größe der Zecke einen der Haken auswählen, Zecke einschieben und drehen (ja unbedingt drehen!) und dabei nachdrücklich sanft rausziehen - es ist wirklich ein Kinderspiel mit diesen Zeckenhaken. Erfüllt den Job!
Ich hatte meine Zecken-Entferner leider verloren und musste mir unbedingt neue bestellen. Diese Zecken-Entferner sind robust und erledigen zuverlässig ihren Job, bei Menschen aber auch sehr gut an Tieren. Da unsere Katz öfters draußen ist, kam er bei ihr schon sehr oft zum Einsatz und immer ließ sich die Zecke ohne Probleme von ihr entfernen.
