No one wants mice in the house, but mousetraps should still not be left lying around in the open. The risk is too great that someone might accidentally trigger the trap and get injured.
Our Mouse Trap 2.0 is a safer, thanks to its enclosure. Access to the strike bar is made difficult by a sturdy plastic housing, ensuring that only mice enter the trap.
The bait is placed inside by opening the flap at the front. Spreadable baits such as liver sausage, chocolate-hazelnut spread or peanut butter are ideal for this type of trap.
Next, the baited tunnel trap is placed along a wall, as that is where the rodents typically run. Only then is the trap set by pressing down the tension lever.
The position of the tension lever will tell you from a distance whether the trap has been triggered. Caught mice can be released without touching them, simply by pressing the lever again. The mousetrap is made of plastic, making it easy to clean and rinse for reuse.
